Top-of-the-range plumbing in Monaco and the Alpes-Maritimes
Plumbing is an essential pillar of any building, far beyond the simple conveyance of water.
At GP Construction, our approach to plumbing is technical, aesthetic and focused on sustainable performance.
In Monaco and the Alpes-Maritimes, we work on prestigious residential projects, apartment blocks and contemporary villas, designing fluid, reliable and invisible networks that integrate with the most complex architectural constraints.
Our plumbing expertise for all your projects
We mobilize qualified plumbers, trained to the latest French and European standards(DTU, RE2020, ACS) and mastering all modern materials: multilayer, PER, copper, stainless steel or PVC pressure.
Our installations rigorously comply withhygiene, water safety and energy performance requirements. Each project is preceded by a full needs analysis, taking into account usage, building configuration, flow rate and pressure, as well as the customer’s aesthetic choices.
Our expertise covers both traditional and luxury plumbing, with top-of-the-range fittings, sanitary appliances and connected systems(home automation, smart metering, automated flow management).
We are equally at home in new construction and renovationin close coordination with architects and interior designers.
Our plumbing services
Our plumbing services cover the full range of needs: distribution of DHW, wastewater, sanitaryware and high-end bathrooms, as well as water treatment and plumbing 2.0.
Cold and hot water distribution (EF/EC)
Installation of multi-layer or copper networks, with balancing, insulation and DHW loop management.
Waste and black water drainage
Installation of PVC pressure columns, connections complying with acoustic and firewall standards.
Sanitary installations
Installation of washbasins, walk-in showers, island baths, wall-hung WCs, macerators, urinals with touchless detection.
Luxury bathrooms
Water softeners, osmosis systems, anti-scale filters, UV systems for homes with wells.
Water treatment
Installation of PVC pressure columns, connections complying with acoustic and firewall standards.
Connected plumbing
Leak detectors, home automation flow management, solenoid valves connected to safety scenarios.
Materials and equipment used
We select reliable, durable, high-performance materials, adapted to the technical and aesthetic requirements of each project:
Piping
Multilayer tubing with aluminum core for excellent pressure resistance and non-expansion.
Hardened or annealed copper, ideal for exposed installations or environments requiring high mechanical and thermal resistance.
Pressure PVC for drainage systems, offering lightness, chemical resistance and ease of installation.
Faucets
Thermostatic mixing valves with integrated anti-scald and water-saving features.
Concealed-body flush-mount fittings, perfect for thin or lined walls, finished in chrome-plated brass, brushed stainless steel or matt black.
Shower systems with rainfall head, hydromassage jets or column with integrated waterfall function.
Sanitary appliances
Thin-gauge ceramic basins with anti-bacterial glaze, scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
Low-flush wall-hung toilets, rimless bowls for maximum hygiene and simplified maintenance.
Island bathtubs in reinforced acrylic or solid surface, with integrated thermal insulation.
Technical accessories
Self-supporting support frames with acoustic insulation, anti-condensation system and dual flush release.
Automatic drains and discreet overflows.
Invisible inspection hatches for easy maintenance.
Essential stages of a plumbing project
Stage 1: Technical study & sizing
Read plans, study flow rates, draw up distribution diagrams, locate draw-off and drain points.
Step 2: Layout & reservation
Passage of ducts, recesses or reservations in the slab and walls, coordination with the structural work.
Stage 3: Laying the networks
– EF/EC networks in multilayer or annealed copper.
– EU/EV drains in PVC pressure with regulation slopes.
– Thermal and acoustic insulation of pipes.
Step 4: Integration & dressing
Incorporation into linings, false ceilings or trunking, integration of inspection hatches.
Step 5: Installing sanitary fittings
Basin units, shower trays, hydromassage shower columns, whirlpool baths.
Step 6: Leak tests & trials
Network pressurization, flow control, camera inspection if necessary.
Step 7: Cleaning, commissioning & delivery
Disinfect pipes, check conformity, explain maintenance to customer.
