- Reinforcement in accordance with reinforced concrete plans, binding, bracing and spacing.
4. Concrete pouring :
- Ready-to-use concrete formulated according to exposure class (seaside, chemical aggression, frost…).
- Mechanical vibration to ensure compactness and avoid gravel nests.
5. Wall elevation :
- Laying with laser level, plumb check, reservations for ducts and conduits.
- Integration of vertical and horizontal ties, prefabricated or cast-in-place lintels.
6. Finishing and sealing :
- Roughcasting, single- or multi-layer coating, damp-proofing, installation of thermal and acoustic breakers.
- Waterproofing under slabs or on acroteria, capillary rise blocked by physical or chemical barriers.
